Terms
Terms of business
Plain-English terms for venues, clients and practitioners using Wiggly Toes services.
Service scope
Wiggly Toes provides routine foot health clinic services in agreed venues. Treatments are limited to safe Foot Health Practitioner scope and do not replace podiatry, GP, emergency or specialist diabetic foot services.
Venue responsibilities
Venues must provide suitable access, a safe working space, accurate appointment information and relevant care or safeguarding information where appropriate.
Appointments and cancellation
Clinic dates, appointment lists and cancellation arrangements should be agreed in advance. Late changes may affect availability and charges.
Records and consent
Consent and service notes may be recorded digitally. Venues must ensure the right person or authorised representative is available where consent support is needed.
Practitioner status
Practitioners working with Wiggly Toes may be self-employed and are expected to hold appropriate insurance, checks and competence for the services they provide.
Limits of liability
We are not liable for issues caused by inaccurate information, unsuitable venue conditions, missed escalation by others, or matters outside routine foot health care.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version on this website applies unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
